Qualifications:
Must be able to establish a drumming rhythm for QC, Web Design, and Customer Service slaves with which these employees can work. Pace must be to the very brink of, but not exceeding, their physical limits to ensure maximum production.

Special Skills:
Must maintain steadily increasing rhythm without hindrance by distractions such as cries for mercy, of agony, etc.
